I have been going here for many years now and have always been happy with the service. Unfortunately, in the past year availability to get a haircut is very low. They are understaffed and often times do not open up on time. I have waited by the door to be the first one in at 10 and twice nobody showed until past 10:20 to open. Today, a line of three of us were told they couldn't open because they were not able to staff two people. This place has turned into an absolute **** show
